The lab is the product.

Most RTD cocktail brands outsource production entirely. We built ours. The production kitchen sits directly behind the Wandering Barman Tasting Room — giving us the ability to develop recipes, run batches, quality-check at every stage, and ship finished product without ever leaving the building.

For our B2B partners, this means shorter lead times, consistent quality, and a direct line to the people who make what you pour.

Every cocktail starts in this kitchen. We test, refine, and lock in the recipe before a single bottle is filled.
